Desborough Town Centre Partnership Constitution:

 

1.                ORGANISATION  NAME

The organisation is named the Desborough Town Centre Partnership and may be known as the DTCP where appropriate.

2.                STATUS

The organisation is formed as a voluntary body for the promotion of commercial and social activities in and around the town of Desborough. Membership of the organisation shall consist of those classes of membership as defined in Rule 5 of the constitution - (which can be found in the blog).

3.                AIMS & OBJECTIVES

The aims and objectives of the organisation shall be to promote, for the benefit of the residents of Desborough and surrounding area, the provision of employment, educational and leisure opportunities with the objective being improving the quality of life of residents and local business people.
